Patrick is the Regional Site Director for USAA's North Phoenix office. Patrick reports to the CEO Chief of Staff team and directly supports Lindsay Sacknoff, SVP of Bank Omnichannel in the development and execution of regional strategies and community engagement. Patrick has a broad role of responsibilities for USAA’s Phoenix Regional Office including: Employee Engagement and Experience, Community Development and Public Relations, DE&I, Business Continuation and Crisis Management. 

Patrick is third generation military and served in the United States Air Force as a Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) Specialist from 2003-2007. As a civilian, Patrick worked in support of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Joint Personnel Recovery Agency as a Subject Matter Expert in personnel recovery.

Patrick holds a B.S. of Management from University of Phoenix, MBA-Finance, and M.S. in Leadership both from Grand Canyon University  

Patrick’s family has been in Arizona since pre-statehood in 1905, and he is passionate about supporting the needs and development of the local community. Patrick currently serves as USO Arizona Board Chair, and member of the Phoenix Business Workforce Development Board. Patrick volunteers at his church and is highly engaged with his church community, spends too much time at the gym, is an audiobook junkie and spends as much time as possible with his wife and high school sweetheart Dawn, and 2 children Clara (2013) and Corbin (2016).
